RealMassive is an Austin based startup that was setting out to disrupt a massive industry by connecting every person and place to a global commercial real estate marketplace. At Electric Company, we helped them design more than an interface, but a way to leverage big data to provide agents with an intuitive way to list properties, search, and market them in real time.

With real-time updates Real Massive is the first service to offer up-to-date information for properties and spaces. It allows agents to post properties, create portfolios and organizations, see real time analytics, and find qualified leads. We helped Real Massive connect commercial real estate to renters in record time.

The responsive web application is an intuitive self-serve portal for agents to quickly list and market their commercial real estate properties. They are able to create organizations and set permission levels for various user profiles. We helped them create a digital hub to market their buildings or individual spaces  to prospective renters. It quickly helps facilitate the identification of properties that fit the specific needs of renters in terms of space, location and even layout.
